    The River and the Heron

If you walk near the streams of Seoul, you might be able to see some majestic white and grey herons flying over the city.

EXT. ANYANGCHEON STREAM – SEOUL. NIGHT. 2024

Winter. Seoul is silent. The rain stopped 5 mins ago. The water level has risen. The sound of the river pierces the silence of the city. Meanwhile, the Grey Heron, calm and serene, waits for the right moment to catch his dinner.

EXT. CHEONGGYECHEON STREAM – SEOUL. DAY . 2024

The city is quiet and only the sound of muffled footsteps is heard. The snow absorbs the frenetic sounds of the city, and makes room for the soothing calm of Winter. The majestic White Heron wanders along the river. The echo of these wings glides over the silence of the river.
